Rules for Movement and Capturing:

1. White commences the game
2. Checkers can only move on dark squares
3. Capturing a checker is mandatory when possible
4. Checkers can capture both forward and backward
5. The king can move and capture on any square along a diagonal
6. Utilizes the Turkish strike rule for capturing (only one opponent's checker can be captured in a single move)
7. In case of multiple capture options, any valid choice is permissible (it doesn't have to be the longest sequence)
8. A checker reaching the opponent's edge and becoming a king can immediately act as a king if applicable

Draw Declaration Conditions:

1. If a player possesses checkers and three (or more) kings at the game's conclusion against one of the opponent's kings, on their 15th move (counting from force equilibrium establishment), they should not capture one of the opponent's kings
2. If in a scenario where both players possess kings and the balance remains unchanged within: - 4 and 5 piece endings – 30 moves - 6 and 7 piece endings – 60 moves
   - If a player, nearing the game's end with three checkers (three kings, two kings and one checker, one king and two checkers, three plain checkers) against an opponent's king situated on the "high road," is unable to capture the opponent's king by their 5th move - If within 15 moves, only kings were moved by players without advancing regular checkers or executing captures - If a repetition of the same position occurs three (or more) times (same checker arrangement), with turns remaining identical each time.

   Rules for Movement and Capturing:

   - Capturing a checker is obligatory when feasible - Capture backward or forward is permissible - The king can move in any diagonal square during capturing - The Turkish strike rule is employed for captures (only one opponent checker per move) - Majority rule applies (opting for the highest number of captures in case of multiple options) - A regular checker reaching the opponent's edge during capturing but capable of further captures does not transform into a king remains as a regular checker - If a regular checker reaches the opponent's edge during a move turning into a king that stops instantly; it will abide by king rules on subsequent moves
